CUISINE CERTIFICATION / ADVANCE TRAINING/ RESERACH & DEVELOPMENT

CCAR-01)       Advance Cuisine Training workshop for Certified Chefs ( Choose any particular cuisine)  
Duration- 1 week to 4 week
Eligibility- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Food Production & Patisserie / Bakery & Patisserie/ Hotel Management.

Experience – Should have Industry experience of at least one year.

CCAR-02)      Cuisine Research & Development ( any specific cuisine)
Duration- 4 weeks to 12 weeks
Eligibility- 5 Years work experience as Chef’s Experience of a standard Restaurant / Hotel / Industrial Kitchen or  equivalent.

CCAR-03)       Cuisine Certification Program

 Specialisation training in any specific cuisine forms) Indian Cuisine/ Continental Cuisine/ Oriental Cuisine/ Regional Indian Cuisine etc…   

Duration- 4 weeks to 12 weeks ( for students of other countries it could be a minimum of one week program also)
Eligibility- Basic certification from any skill training Institution and some professional work experience or Industrial exposure).

Fees for all the three programs may range from 10000 Indian Rupees to 25,000 ( Indian rupees) per week of engagement, depending upon the type of skill and enhancement required. It would be based on Individual requirements of certification.

Candidates may choose to stay in accommodation arranged by us or they can arrange their own accommodation. They would need to pay separate charges for the same.

PLEASE NOTE :— Above mentioned programs are autonomous certification confirming to industry standards. Its a High end specific course program to enrich competitive skill development to support entrepreneurs, skilled chefs and to promote Indian and Asian regional cuisine world wide. Course durations are very short and intense ranging from 2 weeks to 8 weeks; as these are designed as skill enhancement and industry specific programs for existing professioanls.

All applicants from other countries should get Visa clearance and the necessary documents and papers as may be warranted by the rule of law in their countries and by our present Government in India. We are bound by the land of the law and will adhere to it.
